Mrs. Forqwan's extensive background in both economics and the specialized field of shipping provides a unique and invaluable perspective to her role. She graduated with a B.Sc in Economics and Management Science from the University of Dschang in 2001. Her dedication to professional development is further highlighted by her membership in the prestigious London Institute of Chartered Ship Brokers, which she attained in September 2013. This membership, alongside her advancement to the rank of Fellow in March 2019, recognizing her as a Chartered Ship Broker, is instrumental in supporting globally recognized standards within the shipping industry. The specialized tutorship courses she has undertaken have been pivotal in developing and gaining a competitive advantage for companies in commercial operations.

Mrs. Forqwan's expertise was recently brought to the fore during discussions on Cameroon's preparedness to ratify the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006), where her insights were drawn from various sectors including public bodies, the maritime labor supply side, and seafarer representative organizations.

An inherently proactive and self-motivated individual, Mrs. Forqwan possesses exceptional quality management and interpersonal skills. She is a fervent advocate for teamwork and continuous improvement, deeply rooted in the principles of ISO management system standards. Since 2018, her invaluable experience in internal auditing of international ISO management systems at NGA Marine Services Ltd. has been critical, particularly following the company's initial ISO 9001 certification and subsequent integration of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 into its comprehensive management system.
